Some people may be looking to make broad sweeping changes in their life, others may have a more focused goal, some may approach coaching as a long-term process while others may benefit best from a limited number of sessions. Whatever your needs, together we can figure out a way that Hardcore Humanism Coaching can work for you.

Dr. Mike is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York state and has a in office in New York City. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, Dr. Mike is not currently holding in-person sessions.  However, teletherapy sessions are available for New York residents.  Anyone else, worldwide, is eligible to participate in virtual coaching sessions.

Hardcore Humanism developed in part from Humanistic approaches to psychology and psychotherapy. While Hardcore Humanism overlaps with other forms of Humanism, e.g. Ethical Humanism, in our belief in the fundamental value and goodness of human beings and their ability to shape their own lives, Hardcore Humanism does not take a stance on the role of religion or spirituality in one’s life.

Dr. Mike regularly delivers wellness talks at corporate events and conferences on a range of topics including stress management, mental and physical health management, the effects of stigma on mental and physical health, family relationship functioning as well as optimizing personal and professional growth. During this difficult time, Dr. Mike is also speaking about how to cope with the current Coronavirus crisis.
